How to buy?
If you find an interesting item, you can put it into the cart. After you have clicked on the picture or on the name of a certain item, a description of it will appear. You put the item in the cart by clicking the buttom "into the cart".
You can also buy an item by clicking "Buy now!' if it is next to the picture or the name of it. Then you put it into the cart without reading the description.
In the cart, if you want to buy more copies of the same item, write the proper number in the field "Number" and press the button "Carry out".
If you want to move on with your shopping, press the button "Continue shopping". If you want to finish your shopping, press the button "Order!"
If you want to look at an chosen item more closely, click on its name or picture and get to the site containing the information about it.
An brief description of the contents of your cart - the number of items and what you have added lately is visible all the time in the upper right corner of the screen in the field "Cart". From every place of the shop you can get into the cart and inspect its contents by pressing this button.
By entering the shop it is worthwhile to register - if you don't decide to buy this time, even by the next visit you will get the access to your cart and the items chosen. If you haven?t registered, you will lose this data by disconnecting.
How to finalize shopping?
If you want to order the chosen items, press the button "Cart" in the upper right corner to inspect its contents and perhaps introduce some changes. Then press the buttom "Order!".
Now you have three possibilities:
1. If you already have an account, you can log in by indicating your e-mail address and password.
2. If you don't have an account and want to open one, press the button "Continue".
3. You can also buy something without opening an account, by clicking on the button "Order".
If you want to receive information about new items appearing in the shop, choose this option.
After you have indicated your personal data or loged in, the page "Information about delivery" will appear. Here you can change the delivery address or add a new one. In the field "Comments" you can ask to have the VAT invoice issued. The information about delivery costs will also appear here.
Then the page "Information about payment" will appear. Here you can choose the mode of payment:
- you pay COD (cash on delivery) - domestic deliveries only
- bank transfer
- credit card (by the internet service przelewy24.pl which uses the PolCard web sites).
Then the page "Confirming the order" will appear, presenting the contents of your order. This is the last moment to introduce changes. After pressing the button "Confirm the order" your order will be sent and confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
If you have chosen payment by credit card you will be directed to the service przelewy 24.pl, where you can make the payment. Our shop does not have any insight into your credit card number.
After all that you just have to wait until your order is realized.
You can get all information abour the status of your order after logging in and clicking on "My order history" in the field "Info about the account". You can also click on the link in the confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
The orders are realized within 14 days after the order has arrived - in case of payment by credit card or COD. In case of bank transfer within 14 days after your payment has been registered on our account.
