The internet shop operating at the web-site www.kfshop.pl is owned by the "Karmapa Foundation" registered at the District Court of Gdansk and located at Pomorska 41, 80-343 Gdansk, Poland.
Shopping regulations
1. The internet shop sells articles through the internet.
2. The orders are carried out through the web-site: www.kfshop.pl
After receiving the order, confirmation are sent to the customers e-mail address. The Foundation reserves the right to verify the order by phone. The realization of the order starts:
a) in case COD - as soon as the order has been received
b) in case bank transfer - as soon as the payment has been registered at the account
c) in case payment by credit card - as soon as the card has been authorized
3. The VAT invoice is issued when the customer has indicated it in the order form. It is issued as soon as all the items ordered by the customers have been completed and are ready for sending; it is sent together with the items.
4. The customer may introduce changes in the order until the invoice has been issued. The customer may cancel the order by phone : +48 600-945-398 or +48 501-009-626 or by e-mail: shop@kfshop.pl. The customer may not cancel an order which has already been sent.
5. All prices are in Polish zloty and include the VAT tax. In case of orders from abroad the prices are indicated in Euros, US Dollars or in UK Pounds, according to the customers choice.
For each order an delivery charge is added. The delivery cost depends on the weight of the items sent and on the mode of payment. You can check it in the cart on the page "Confirm the order".
6. The maximal waiting period for delivery will exceed 14 days. The package will be mailed through Poczta Polska - economy parcel.
7. The customer can choose the following modes of payment:
- COD (cash on delivery) - the postman collects the payment
- credit card payment
- bank transfer to the shop's account
8. Deliveries to other countries may only be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
9. Complaints
Any damaged or defective items should be mailed back to the shop at the address: Fundacja "Karmapa Foundation", ul. Pomorska 41, 80-343 Gdansk. The shop will not accept any COD deliveries.
The cost of mailing back the damaged item will be remunerated to the customer by the shop as soon as the shop has received it and the complaint has been dealt with. The customer should attach a note to the returned article(s) describing the reason for the complaint. All complaints are dealt with at the latest 14 days after the shop has received them. The damaged item will be substituted by a new undamaged item. In case this is impossible (for example because the article has been sold out) the shop will the price of the article back or offer other items which are available in the shop.
10. In case of legal conflicts concerning the agreement the District Court of Gdansk is the appropriate authority.
